Our electrical installation and maintenance work is popular with our customers as they know they do not need to worry – their equipment will be kept safe and they will not find themselves unable to use them. When we leave a major job, we provide the tenants with an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manual so that they are aware of where everything is, and what each socket and switch does. Should a client require it, we can set up a maintenance plan whereby we can return to the property to test and inspect at regular intervals to ensure everything is working as it should be.
